Instructions for an online ticket purchase

1. Search

From the main toolbar select ‘Timetable’ menu option.

In the ‘Timetable - ticket purchase’ submenu, search trains by selecting the following parameters:

1. One way/Round trip

2. Departure station

3. Destination station

4. Via station - select a different transport route (optional)

5. Return from - station from which you start your round trip (if different from the destination station)

6. Date of departure / return

7. Class

8. Direct trains/All trains  

9. Number of passengers

10. Discount

11. Search

The times of all trains on a given route can be viewed by selecting the ‘Search’ option.

2.  Selection

After clicking ‘Select’ next to the train of your choice, click on ‘Continue’ below the timetable.

 

A red exclamation mark displayed next to the ‘Select’ option implies that it is not possible to reserve seats on that train.

Seat reservations

If you select a train with a compulsory/possible seat reservation, a train seating plan will appear and you can select a seat of your own choice. 

If the reservation is possible, but you do not want to make a reservation, on the left side of the screen select the option I do not want to reserve a seat on this train and click on ‘Continue’.

If you want to change the parameters, click on ‘Back’, otherwise, click ‘Continue’.

3. Tickets and options

1. Check your selection.

2. Select your purchase option (registered user / no registration) and enter the required information.

You can purchase tickets both as a registered or unregistered user.

Registration is not mandatory, but shortens the buying process and provides an overview of the purchased tickets.

User registration

1. From the main toolbar select My HŽPP menu. 

2. If you are not registered, select ‘New user’ and enter the required information.

 

3. Activate your user account by clicking on the link that will be sent to your e-mail.

 

In case you forgot your password, click ‘Forgot password’? in the Sign-in window.

 

4. Check and purchase

Confirm your chosen train by clicking Continue. If you want to change the parameters, click on Back.

 

5. Payment

Enter your card number, control number and expiration date /month/year), and select Pay.

E-ticket will be sent to your e-mail account. If you are registered to My HŽPP, you can view your ticket in the ‘Overview of purchased tickets’ menu.

 

6. Confirmation

After the purchase, two notifications will be sent to your email account:

  • PayWay notice of a paid transaction
  • e-ticket

 

MY HŽPP menu

Overview of purchased tickets

Only registered users can view purchased tickets.

 

1. Select the ‘Overview of Purchased Tickets’ submenu. 

 

2. By clicking the arrow next to the selected ticket, you will see the details of the ticket.

Password change

1. Click MY HŽPP menu and select the ‘Personal data’ submenu

2. Click ‘Change password’ and then enter the requested information.

3. Click ‘Save’

4. New password will be saved.

Forgotten password

If you have forgotten the password to access the MY HŽPP menu, you can request a new one.

 

1. Select the ‘Forgot password?’ link

2. Enter your email account details and select the ‘Send request for a new password’ option

3. A link where you can enter a new password will be sent to your email address.
